Charzin Co., Ltd.(EVZ) signs contract with Samsung Securities Co. to be listed on KOSDAQ

On March 25, 2021, Charzin Co., Ltd., a company specializing in charging platforms for electric vehicles, has signed a contract with Samsung Securities Co. to be listed on KOSDAQ. The two will officially set foot to form a dedicated workforce in preparing for Charzin’s IPO listing.

EVZ Project (Charzin) is the only electric vehicle charging company in Korea that specializes in charging, customer management and settlement of roaming services. It is carrying out charging stations, charging subsidies for the Ministry of Environment and fast charging stations at Hyundai Oilbank.

Since its establishment in 2016, EVZ Project has focused on developing and operating charging platforms as a consortium with POSCO ICT (current charge ratio), S-1 and CJ Hello (now LG Hello) until 2020. The project team plans to take the lead in the market as a strategy to expand its business starting from year 2021.
