We achieved our Q3 roadmap milestones, including expanding our electric vehicle charging partnerships, and adjusted our rebranding timeline

Due to the recent rapid changes in the regulatory environment for virtual assets at home and abroad, we are reviewing our rebranding schedule to ensure more thorough investor protection and a stable service launch.

We are now scheduling the rebranding to be completed within the third quarter of 2025 (July-September), during which time we will firmly establish EVZ’s new image.

Even in this situation, we have preemptively achieved the EV charging partner expansion and service alliance items in the Q3 2025 roadmap (CPO integration service is in the works).

We plan to expand our share in the domestic EV charging infrastructure market in earnest, starting with partnerships with major charging operators (CPOs) such as Yellow Charge and ESNH.

We ask for the understanding of our investors due to the delay in the rebranding, and we will quickly share related schedules and updates through official channels.
