Hello, we’re the EVZ team.

Given that 15 million EVZs are currently locked, the company has decided to put off implementing a short-term comprehensive liquidity plan, prioritizing investor protection and market stability instead.

Instead, it will be rolled out in stages over a period of 30 months, as outlined below.

EVZ Token Distribution Plan

Expiration date: August 2025 to January 2028, 30 months

The total circulation is 15 million copies, with 5 million copies in circulation each month

2. Purpose and plan for distribution

1) Plans to list on a new exchange

Listing on a new exchange -> securing global liquidity

Major exchanges are set to be listed sequentially, aiming to enhance trading convenience for investors

2) Establish and operate VZ Lab in Korea and the US

We collaborated with our US-based local partner to conduct API integration testing and technical validation

3) You can now use charging and roaming services in Korea as well

We have partnered with major domestic charging operators to develop and operate a roaming settlement system

Establish a unified pricing plan platform

Expanding EVZ payment infrastructure for users

4) The company is actively promoting the commercialization of a rewards program for gas stations and electric vehicle charging stations in the US, as well as a point-accumulation service through partnerships with casinos

We’ve developed and implemented a reward system that incorporates a proof-of-concept (PoC) phase, linked to our casino membership points
