‘Galaxy MoneyTree’, a Korean STO (Token Offering) company, announced today that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with ‘Charzin’, an electric vehicle charging infrastructure company, to launch STO products.

At the signing ceremony held at Galaxy MoneyTree’s headquarters on the 6th, Shin Dong-hoon, CEO of Galaxy MoneyTree, Choi Young-seok, CEO of Charzin, and other officials attended. The main content of the agreement is the establishment of a token security product design and issuance platform based on electric vehicle charging infrastructure.

Galaxy MoneyTree will be in charge of building and operating the STO issuance platform, and Charzin will be in charge of overall commercialization, including business support for the launch of STO products and construction of electric vehicle charging facilities. The two companies will also work to identify additional products that combine finance and EV charging infrastructure.

A representative from Galaxy MoneyTree said, “The purpose of this agreement is to build charging infrastructure such as securing charging station installation sites and preparing electric vehicle charging facilities through the issuance of token securities.” “We plan to design STO products for more diverse underlying assets, including renewable energy and aviation finance, which we are currently working on.”

Meanwhile, Charzin is a company that provides EV (electric vehicle) integrated services necessary for EV charging, such as building an EV charging station in Daegu City and operating a control system using a platform.
