Through this agreement, HI Investment & Securities and Chargein will jointly promote the issuance of token securities based on electric vehicle charging infrastructure, the STO of investment contract securities, and the discovery of business opportunities related to token securities, including cooperation on account management agency services.

Chargein has been providing outlet-based charging platforms and solutions based on technology that combines electric vehicle charging and blockchain. Through this business agreement, it plans to raise funds for the construction of electric vehicle charging infrastructure through token securities and distribute profits from the operation of charging infrastructure, which will help reduce carbon emissions and expand the spread of electric vehicles by inducing private investment in electric vehicle charging infrastructure using token securities.

Hi Investment & Securities will also collaborate with Chargein to commercialize the attractive asset of electric vehicle charging infrastructure through token securities, and will continue to consider discovering promising underlying assets and additional partnerships to provide diverse and differentiated token securities.
